Job summary

Mott MacDonald India’s Global Delivery Services Centre is seeking an experienced architect with 6+ years in building and infrastructure design. You will contribute to architectural design, drawings, and documentation while coordinating with MEP and structural teams.

The role emphasizes BIM proficiency, use of Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and cross-functional collaboration across international projects. Flexibility for travel and high-quality deliverables is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years overall experience.
• Experience in BIM (preferably Revit Architecture) and AutoCAD.
• Good command of BIM, Photoshop, Navisworks.
• Interface with Civil/Structural and MEP teams.
• Strong written and spoken English with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural design and documentation support to Principal Architect.
• Prepare architectural drawings, schedules, and bid documents.
• Review design drawings and ensure quality submissions.
• Manage deliverables within cost and timelines.
• Coordinate with MEP & Structural design teams.

Global Delivery Services Centre (GDSC) is a high-impact business unit within Mott MacDonald, dedicated to enhancing project delivery across our global operations.

As part of GDSC in India, you will be working alongside Mott MacDonald international colleagues delivering ambitious projects across a broad range of building types including commercial, residential, retail and offices, education, healthcare, airports, data center, hotels, sports and events venues, and Metro & stations. Under this sector, our services span the whole asset cycle from advisory to consulting, through design and delivery, to asset management. With deep understanding of all phases of the building lifecycle, it enables us to give our clients the best-informed engineering and innovative solutions.

Key Deliverables:

• Providing architectural design and documentation assistance to the Principal Architect on various building, metro, infrastructure design projects
• Preparation of architectural drawings and schedules, presentation materials and bid documents.
• Checking design drawings and ensure quality submissions.
• Managing the deliverables within cost and timelines.
• Coordinating with MEP & Structural design teams

Candidate Specification:

• Minimum 6 Years overall experience.
• Should have experience in using BIM (preferably Revit Architecture) and possess a good command over AutoCAD.
• Should have a good command over BIM, Photoshop, Navisworks etc
• Should be able to interface with Civil/Structural and MEP teams.
• Possess good communication skills and very good written and spoken English.
• High attention to details
• Knowledge of design codes
• Should be comfortable to travel as per project requirement.

Qualifications:

• B.Arch./ M. Arch from a reputed institute
