Job summary

Sudhakar Pai Associates (SPA) is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Architect to join our Bengaluru team. The candidate will design and manage projects for prestigious clients, delivering creative proposals and detailed construction drawings.

The role requires 4 to 9+ years of experience, strong design and detailing skills, and proficiency in Revit / BIM. You will coordinate with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• 4 to 9+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Strong design and detailing skills with the ability to deliver end-to-end project responsibilities.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software tools, and competency in Revit / BIM.
• Ability to coordinate, guide, and communicate effectively within teams and with stakeholders.

Experience & Expertise :
