Job summary

INI Design Studio, a renowned multidisciplinary design practice with offices in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Dehradun and Shillong, invites a Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of large-scale projects from concept through completion.

The successful candidate will blend design excellence with technical proficiency, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate with structural, MEPF and landscape teams, and mentor junior designers to maintain quality and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven track record of working on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM-based workflows, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino.
• Excellent understanding of International construction systems, detailing, and project delivery processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

• Lead design development and coordination for Large Scale Projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary coordination with structure, MEPF, and landscape teams.
• Oversee design documentation, detailing, and BIM workflows.
• Interface with client throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams to maintain quality and design integrity.
• Conduct design reviews, manage RFIs, and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Contribute to strategic design thinking and conceptual innovation within the studio.
