Qualifications

• Proven leadership in complex urban, civic, mixed-use, or infrastructure-oriented projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and inspire design excellence.
• Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, and related tools.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Architect for the Gujarat region. The candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including Building Desing, Stakeholder Consultation, Project Deliverables, Quality Assurance and Control, Coordination with other disciplines/consultants and project management. They will interact with clients to understand their requirements, manage project timelines, and collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture and/or urban design with a strong portfolio of built and visionary work.
• Licensed Architect or eligible for licensure preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex urban, civic, mixed-use, or infrastructure-oriented projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and inspire design excellence.
• Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools (e.g., Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, 3D visualization software).
• Deep understanding of zoning, planning codes, and policy frameworks.
• Experience engaging with public agencies, community groups, and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Experience with sustainability and Green certification (LEED, IGBC or GRIHA) is a plus
• Willing to travel to project locations for meetings.
