Job summary

INI Design Studio in Dehradun is seeking an Architect for a full-time position. The candidate will lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of large-scale architectural or urban design projects, from visioning to construction.

The role requires collaboration with engineers, planners, and public agencies, mentoring design teams, managing timelines, and engaging with clients to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in architecture and/or urban design with a strong portfolio of built and visionary work.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, AdobePhotoshop, MS Office, GIS, 3D visualization software).
• Experience of working on Tender and GFC Drawings.
• Licensed Architect or eligible for licensure preferred.
• Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of zoning, planning codes, and policy frameworks.
• Experience engaging with public agencies, community groups, and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Willing to travel to project locations for meetings.

Responsibilities

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Architect at Dehradun. The candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including Building Design, Stakeholder Consultation, Project Deliverables, Coordination with other disciplines/consultants and project management. They will interact with clients to understand their requirements, manage project timelines, and collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
