Job summary

IGT is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer (Level 5) to resolve complex, code-level issues across the IGT RGS platform. You will lead investigations into Java, JavaScript, API, integration, and production issues, partnering with Engineering to drive lasting fixes and support new feature readiness in a distributed, microservices-based environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience, strong Java and JavaScript skills, and hands-on expertise with APIs, Linux, log

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in senior application support or related roles.
• Strong Java and JavaScript skills with API and integration experience.
• Experience with Linux, log analysis, and root-cause investigation.
• Experience in iGaming, RGS/PAM integrations is a plus.
• Mentoring support engineers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into complex production issues across the IGT RGS platform.
• Partner with Engineering to drive lasting fixes and improvements.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers on technical issues and best practices.
