Job summary

Korn Ferry in Navi Mumbai seeks a skilled professional for a 70/30 Java Application Support and Java Developer role. You’ll ensure production stability during night shifts, combining hands‑on support with development tasks for multi‑tier Java applications.

Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting Java apps and APIs, SQL/Oracle queries, Linux hosting, incident triage, deployments, and collaboration with Development, Database, Infrastructure and Operations teams to improve performance

Qualifications

• Four or more years of Application/Production Support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with multi‑tier Java enterprise applications.
• Certifications in Oracle/SQL, Cloud, ITIL, DevOps, Splunk/Kubernetes/Terraform, or AI/ML are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides hands‑on technical support for the Laboratory Grading System, ensuring application stability through proactive monitoring, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and collaboration with development, infrastructure, and database teams.
