Job summary

Cerebra in Noida is seeking an experienced GoAnywhere MFT Engineer to manage, configure, support, and maintain secure file transfer solutions. The role focuses on implementing and supporting file-transfer workflows, user access, security controls, and integrations using GoAnywhere MFT.

The candidate will configure, monitor, and troubleshoot GoAnywhere environments, manage SFTP/FTPS/FTP protocols, and collaborate across teams to resolve file-transfer issues with 8+ years of experience expected.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with GoAnywhere MFT.
• Experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
• Deep knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, FTP and secure file transfers.
• Experience with user access, roles, permissions, and rights management.
• Knowledge of PGP, SSH keys, certificates, encryption/decryption.
• Experience in production support and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of file-transfer automation and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GoAnywhere MFT Engineer to manage, configure, support, and maintain secure file transfer solutions. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting file-transfer workflows, user access, security controls, and integrations using GoAnywhere MFT.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and support GoAnywhere MFT environments.
• Develop and maintain secure file-transfer workflows and automated processes.
• Manage SFTP, FTPS, FTP and other secure file-transfer protocols.
• Configure users, groups, roles, permissions, and access rights.
• Implement and manage authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Configure PGP encryption/decryption, SSH keys, certificates, and secure connections.
• Monitor file-transfer jobs, troubleshoot failures, and resolve production issues.
• Manage partner connections and onboarding for secure file transfers.
• Analyze transfer logs and perform root-cause analysis for failed or delayed transfers.
• Support integrations between GoAnywhere and enterprise applications/systems.
• Implement access and rights management in accordance with security policies.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and support documentation.
• Work with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams to resolve file-transfer issues.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with GoAnywhere MFT.
• Experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, FTP and secure file-transfer mechanisms.
• Experience with user access, roles, permissions, and rights management.
