Job summary

TheCodingShef is seeking a Senior Android Developer to own end-to-end Android app delivery using Kotlin. You will work closely with designers, PMs, and backend teams to ship features with high quality and performance.

You will mentor junior developers, review code, and help set best practices while contributing to continuous improvement and security across projects. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on native Android development with Kotlin.
• Strong experience with MVVM or Clean Architecture patterns.
• Experience in integrating third party libraries via Gradle.
• Proficient in testing with JUnit and Espresso, and Play Store release processes.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs, networking best practices, and security.
• Experience in code reviews, PRs, and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of Jetpack components and modern Android tooling.
