Job summary

InnovationM is seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our telecom-focused mobile initiative. You will build high-quality Android apps using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern architectures to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

You will own features from design through testing and deployment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to CI/CD and automated testing. The role emphasizes performance, reliability, and excellent user experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Android development experience.
• Strong Kotlin expertise and Jetpack Compose.
• Deep knowledge of Android Jetpack components (Navigation, Room, WorkManager, LiveData).
• Experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Dependency Injection frameworks (Hilt, Dagger).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Retrofit, and WebSocket communication.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques, profiling tools, and debugging strategies.
• Experience with Unit Testing and UI Testing (JUnit, Espresso, Mockito).
• Experience in 3rd Party integration design with Android App.
• Strong command to drive success by improving key app quality components, user experience and performance.

• Design and review system architecture and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technology standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and risks across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, unit testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation.
• Support production applications, analyze recurring issues, coordinate with operations/business teams.
