Job summary

NLB Services in Noida seeks an experienced R2R Specialist for US accounting to join on a permanent night shift. You will own end-to-end R2R processes, manage GL activities, perform reconciliations, and ensure month- and year-end closings align with US GAAP requirements.

The ideal candidate has solid US accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with US-based stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum relevant experience in R2R and US accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GL, balance sheet, reconciliations and close processes.
• Good analytical and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end R2R and general accounting activities.
• Manage General Ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals and adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial accounts.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with US GAAP.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure timely closure.
• Support audits and maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with US-based stakeholders for accounting and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle General Accounting and end-to-end R2R activities.
• Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting, journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial accounts.
