Job summary

Navsan seeks a seasoned General Ledger Accountant (US) to lead end-to-end R2R processes, month-end close, and US payroll reporting from India, with a night shift schedule. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities include full cycle US accounting, reconciliations, fixed assets, and sales tax compliance, plus data analysis and process improvements. Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP/QuickBooks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of full cycle US GL experience (minimum 10 years overall).
• Proven expertise in month end reconciliation, accruals, and US payroll.
• Advanced Excel skills including PowerPivot, Power Query, lookups, and pivots.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.
• Self directed with capability to prioritize multiple tasks and drive issues to closure.
• Experience with SAP (or Vision/Sage Fixed Assets) and QuickBooks.
