Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned accounting leader to oversee end-to-end operations across R2R, P2P and O2C, ensuring strict US GAAP compliance and robust financial reporting.

You will head a high-performing team, manage month-end closings, asset management, revenue recognition, and payroll accruals, while collaborating with US stakeholders to deliver timely insights and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in US GAAP and Financial Reporting.
• Experience leading accounting teams and managing US stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (preferred) or other Tier-1 ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations across R2R, P2P, and O2C.
• Manage month-end close, financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and US GAAP compliance.
