Job summary

Feedback Business Consulting Services seeks an experienced project lead to drive B2B CSAT initiatives, from client scoping to questionnaire design and analysis planning. You will own end-to-end delivery, ensuring timelines, quality and profitability.

The role emphasizes client communication, reporting and turning data into actionable recommendations. You will mentor junior team members, manage stakeholders, and oversee billing and the project bottom-line.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Primary research experience is mandatory (Design, Administration & Analysis).
• Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience in stakeholder engagement studies (CSAT, ESAT, DSAT) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and quantitative/qualitative research skills.
• Effective communication and storytelling to simplify data for clients.
• Business understanding of client context beyond project scope.
• Customer management and building long-term client relationships.
• Team mentoring and basic delegation with feedback.
• Stakeholder management and adaptability to change.
• Collaborative approach across project teams; strong planning.

Skills Preferred :
