Job summary

Flex is looking for a Senior Analyst – Procurement in Coimbatore, India to support procurement teams, maintain vendor records, and update vendor setup. The role includes analyzing data and collaborating with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve pricing.

You will prepare reports, provide information, and maintain strong partnerships with internal customers while handling vendor master data. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Analyst – Procurement in Coimbatore, India. The Senior Analyst – Procurement performs analysis, provides reports, information to create and maintain vendor master records and updates vendor setup. Additionally, work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve pricing.

Typical Day

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
• Work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve pricing and other commercial T&Cs
• Provide reports, information, analysis etc., as required, in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain a good level of public relations with outside suppliers as well as a strong partnership with internal customers
• Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup
• Advise stakeholders of modifications from original requests
• Obtain price and other non‑pricing information from approved suppliers

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience - 0-2 Years
• Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
