Flex in Coimbatore, India, is seeking a Senior Analyst – GBS Master Data Management to support vendor master records and pricing processes. You will analyze data, generate reports, and maintain supplier setups while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in BAAN, SAP or Oracle ERP/P2P systems.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• ERP experience preferred, BAAN in particular.
• Willing to work in all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve pricing and other commercial terms.
• Provide timely reports and analyses as required.
• Maintain good relations with external suppliers and internal customers.
• Maintain Vendor Master Records, updates and new vendor setups.
• Notify stakeholders of modifications to original requests.
• Obtain price and non-pricing information from approved suppliers.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Analyst – GBS Master Data Management in Coimbatore, India.

The Senior Analyst – GBS Master Data Management performs analysis, provide reports, information to create and maintain vendor master records and updates vendor setup. Additionally, work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.


• Work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing and other commercial T&Cs


• Provide reports, information, analysis etc., as required, in a timely, professional manner


• Maintain good level of public relations with outside suppliers as well as a strong partnership with internal customers


• Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup


• Advise stakeholders of modifications from original requests


• Obtain price and other non-pricing information from approved suppliers

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree


• Proficiency: ERP/P2P systems BAAN / SAP/ Oracle


• Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• Knowledge of ERP (Preferably BAAN) preferred


• Flexible to work in all shifts
