Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Coimbatore, India, seeks a Senior Analyst – GBS Master Data Management to support vendor master records and pricing resolutions. You will analyze data, generate reports, and ensure accurate vendor setups to drive procurement effectiveness.

The role requires ERP experience (BAAN/SAP/Oracle), strong MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work in shifts. Health insurance and PTO are provided as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve pricing and commercial terms.
• Provide reports and analyses in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain positive relations with suppliers and internal customers.
• Maintain Vendor Master Records and New Vendor Setups.
• Inform stakeholders of modifications to requests.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Analyst – GBS Master Data Management in Coimbatore, India. The Senior Analyst – GBS Master Data Management performs analysis, provide reports, information to create and maintain vendor master records and updates vendor setup. Additionally, work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
• Work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing and other commercial T&Cs
• Provide reports, information, analysis etc., as required, in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain good level of public relations with outside suppliers as well as a strong partnership with internal customers
• Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup
• Advise stakeholders of modifications from original requests
• Obtain price and other non-pricing information from approved suppliers

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency: ERP/P2P systems BAAN / SAP/ Oracle
• Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of ERP (Preferably BAAN) preferred
• Flexible to work in all shifts
