Job summary

Flex in Coimbatore, India, is hiring a Senior Analyst – Procurement to support vendor master records, pricing settlements, and supplier interactions. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and maintaining accurate vendor information to enable efficient procurement workflows.

You will collaborate with internal customers and suppliers, handle transactional activities, and prepare timely analyses and updates using MS Office tools. Bachelor's degree required and 0–2 years of experience.

We’re looking to add a Senior Analyst – Procurement in Coimbatore, India.

The Senior Analyst – Procurement performs analysis, provide reports, information to create and maintain vendor master records and updates vendor setup. Additionally, work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
• Work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing and other commercial T&Cs
• Provide reports, information, analysis etc., as required, in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain good level of public relations with outside suppliers as well as a strong
• partnership with internal customers
• Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup
• Advise stakeholders of modifications from original requests
• Obtain price and other non-pricing information from approved suppliers

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience - 0-2 Years
• Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
