Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand in Pune, India is seeking a Senior Analyst, Order Validation to ensure contracts meet company policies and opportunities reflect deal intent. The role handles ServiceNow tickets, DocuSign forms, and month-end data reconciliation.

You will work with Legal, Deal Desk, Billings, and Sales to resolve issues, guide analysts, and ensure renewal baselines are accurate, leveraging Salesforce CPQ and Oracle in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7–9 years of combined Sales Operations and Revenue Reporting at a SaaS company.
• 4+ years of order management experience.
• At least 1 year experience using Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience in Salesforce and Oracle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; French and/or German is a plus.
• Willingness to work US/EMEA shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick up tickets in ServiceNow to validate contracts and orders routed through DocuSign.
• Coordinate with Legal, Deal Desk, Billings, and Sales to resolve booking issues.
• Guide and train Order Validation Analysts.
• Ensure closed-won opportunities link to renewal opportunities.
• Validate renewal baselines and ensure increments are correct.
• Review upsell opportunities and verify ARR.
• Perform month-end close with Finance to reconcile ARR in SFDC and ERP.
• Build data quality checks on Opportunities/Quotes/Orders.
• Perform CPQ-admin changes on Orders.
• Process Evergreen Orders per contract.
• Answer questions related to Opportunity baseline.

We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Order Validation. This role is office based, Pune Office.

Senior Analyst, Order Validation – Pune, India

The Senior Analyst Order Validation plays a critical role in ensuring that contracts meet company policies before they are fully executed, and that the opportunities correctly reflect the intent of the deals. This role will work on tasks received through ServiceNow, including reviewing DocuSign routed order forms, reviewing opportunities prior to moving to Closed‑Won, reconciling Oracle and SFDC ARR, and other month‑end closing activities to ensure accurate data.

In this role you will

• Pick up tickets in ServiceNow to validate contracts and order forms routed through DocuSign based on a checklist.
• Liaise with Legal, Deal Desk, Billings and/or Sales to resolve any issues identified in the booking of deals.
• Guide and train Order Validation Analysts.
• Ensure that each closed‑won opportunity is linked to a renewal opportunity.
• Perform validation of the baseline of renewal opportunities, and ensure incrementals are correct.
• Review upsell opportunities and ensure that ARR is correct.
• Perform month‑end close processes in partnership with Finance to reconcile ARR SFDC data against Finance/NetSuite.
• Answer any questions related to Opportunity baseline.
• Build data quality checks on Opportunities/Quotes/Orders to ensure fields are correctly populated.
• Perform additional tasks that may be identified while in the role to improve Opportunity/Order/Baseline accuracy.
• Perform administrative changes on Orders using CPQ.
• Process Evergreen Orders per contract.

You Have What It Takes If You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 7‑9 years of combined experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Reporting at a SaaS company.
• 4+ years of experience working in order management.
• At least 1 year experience using Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience in Salesforce and Oracle.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
• Ready to work in US/EMEA shifts.
