Responsibilities

• MSP Client Reporting: Manage end-to-end data lifecycle for MSP accounts focusing on talent acquisition and placement metrics.
• Dashboard & Visualization: Maintain and refresh performance dashboards using Excel extractions and data warehouse pulls.
• QBR Support: Act as the data backbone for Quarterly Business Reviews, transforming raw metrics into client-ready insights.
• Data Synthesis: Use SQL and Excel to pull, filter, and automate complex reports for a consistent data flow.
• Process Optimization: Identify and create new workflows to automate manual reporting tasks.

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analysis Specialist to serve as the operational engine for our major account reporting. In this role, you will be the primary lead for extracting, manipulating, and synthesizing placement and talent data to support our MSP-based clients. You will ensure that high-stakes reports, dashboards, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) are accurate, automated, and delivered with focus on process sustainability.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• MSP Client Reporting: Manage the end-to-end data lifecycle for MSP accounts, focusing on talent acquisition and placement metrics.
• Dashboard & Visualization: Maintain and refresh performance dashboards using a hybrid of manual Excel extractions and data warehouse pulls.
• QBR Support: Act as the "data backbone" for Quarterly Business Reviews, transforming raw metrics into client-ready insights.
• Data Synthesis: Use SQL and Excel to pull, filter, and automate complex reports to ensure a consistent flow of data.
• Process Optimization: Identify and create new workflows to automate manual reporting tasks for long-term efficiency.
• Centralization: Aggregate data from decentralized sources (internal systems, JDE, and external data) to create a "single source of truth".

Candidate Profile (Required Skills)

Technical Expertise:

• Expert Excel: Mastery of VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Power Query for manual cleaning and extraction.
• Intermediate SQL: Ability to use/modify templates in SSMS to pull data directly from warehouses.
• Business Intelligence: Experience navigating and refreshing Power BI dashboards.
• Tools: Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets/Decks) and MS Office for client presentations.

Experience & Education:

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or research-heavy roles.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Working Conditions & Shift (Important)

• Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (Must be comfortable with North American business hours).
