Job summary

Sandoz India is seeking a qualified analytics professional to support global sales execution and Field Force decisions. You will deliver consulting projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and help optimize resource deployment through data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, design incentive schemes, and contribute to knowledge repositories that capture trends in field excellence across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial execution, design, management consulting or pharma.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical business including regulatory environment.
• Proven delivery analytics, SFE and insights for field excellence or data-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting projects on timelines and quality in areas: commercial strategy design, field force sizing and structure, optimal resource deployment, segmentation, targeting and call plan design, incentive scheme design and payout strategies, and ad-hoc projects based on local challenges.
• Deliver efficient, high-quality deliverables through structured approach with documentation and communication throughout delivery.
• Promote synergy and best practice sharing among team members.
• Maintain regular updates with stakeholders including internal associates and clients focusing on accomplishments, KPIs and events.
• Create and maintain quality checklists for excellent deliverables.
• Develop and maintain knowledge repositories capturing qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence trends.
• Collaborate with team leads on onboarding new associates.
• Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to improve quality deliverables.

The purpose of the role is to deliver on projects, stakeholder relationship management, support local resource decision‑making, track customer feedback, and resolve issues, all in partnership with local support functions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities limited to:

• Delivering on consulting projects for customers, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality objectives in the following areas:
  • Commercial strategy design
  • Field Force sizing and structure (sales force, access, medical teams)
  • Optimal resource deployment, leveraging analytical tools & algorithms.
  • Segmentation, Targeting and Call Plan design.
  • Incentive scheme design and payout calculation strategies
  • Ad‑-ic projects based on local business challenges identified through assessments and / or benchmarking.
• Deliver efficient and high-quality deliverables through structured approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
• Promotes synergy and best practice sharing among team members.
• Ensuring exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and clients through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, and key events.
• Creating and maintain quality checklists that will enable excellent quality deliverables within the function.
• Develop and maintain knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across Sandoz operating markets, etc.
• Collaborate with team leads on on‑boarding new associates within the organization.
• Participate and contribute to various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality deliverables across the function.

Essential Requirements

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience (3+ years) in commercial execution/ design/ management consulting or pharmaceutical company
• Should have an understanding of Pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment
• Proven track record of delivery analytics, SFE and insights for field excellence and/or data enabled solutions
• Ability to engage stakeholders and influence decision‑making
• Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach
• Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross‑cultural environment
• Should be customer service oriented and consultative solution delivery
• Strong and proactive business results‑focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
