• Field Force Strategy & Operations team provides analytics and insights that drive field excellence across clinical, medical, and commercial for Sandoz worldwide.
• The Incentive Calculation Manager drives end-to-end incentive compensation operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery across incentive cycles.
• The role combines operational execution, system expertise, project planning, stakeholder management, governance, and continuous improvement across cluster countries.
• Facilitate data enabled decision making and execution for Sandoz internal stakeholders by providing techno-functional expertise in short-term and long-term sales operations and strategy.
• Contribute to FFSO teams by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding and training support.
• Enable standardization of processes through building process documentation and timely maintenance of knowledge repositories.
