Job summary

Wsne Consulting in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Senior Analyst – Global Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end international recruitment across multiple markets including US, UK, EMEA, APAC and Canada.

The role requires 5–9 years of experience, with acting team lead exposure preferred. You will work from Airoli, Navi Mumbai, coordinating with hiring managers to deliver top candidates and maintain robust recruitment pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of total work experience.
• 4–5 years of relevant Global Talent Acquisition / International Recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in end-to-end international recruitment.
• Exposure to one or more international hiring markets such as US / UK / EMEA / APAC / Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international/global requirements.
• Source, screen, shortlist and coordinate candidates across US, UK, EMEA, APAC, Canada and other international markets.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Manage recruitment activities from sourcing through offer closure and onboarding coordination.
• Use appropriate sourcing channels, recruitment databases and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting recruitment turnaround expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, feedback and offer processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS and candidate documentation.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst – Global Talent Acquisition with strong expertise in international/global recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience managing end-to-end recruitment across international markets such as the US, UK, EMEA, APAC, Canada, or other global regions.

Candidates with Acting Team Lead or Team Lead experience, along with strong Global Talent Acquisition expertise, will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international/global requirements.

• Proven experience in end-to-end international recruitment.
• Exposure to one or more international hiring markets such as US / UK / EMEA / APAC / Canada.
• Acting Team Lead or Team Lead experience will be considered as a key requirement/preference.
• Graduation in any discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
