Job summary

Artex Risk Solutions in Pune is seeking a qualified professional to develop and maintain operational control frameworks across the retail insurance domain. You will conduct risk assessments, identify control gaps, and work with senior management to implement mitigation plans.

The role requires 3–4 years of Insurance domain experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce clear reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree- Bachelor Master
• Licenses/ Certificates: Insurance Certification will be the additional advantage
• Work Experience: Graduate with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in an Insurance domain
• Experience in PC - Policy Issuance/Underwriting would be preferred
• Insurance certification - good to have
• Transition/onboarding of service - good to have
• Onshore travel experience - good to have

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain operational control frameworks and procedures.

• Perform risk assessments to identify potential operational risks within the retail business segment.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Monitor and report on risk exposure and control effectiveness to senior management.
• Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
• Track and measure the impact of process improvements on operational performance.
• Prepare and present regular reports on control activities, risk assessments, and compliance status to senior management.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of any control deficiencies or compliance issues.
