Job summary

Trigyn Technologies Limited. is seeking an experienced Insurance Business Analyst to elicit, document, and validate complex insurance requirements across workflows for client engagements in Delhi.

You'll bridge business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, translate requirements into functional specs, and support UAT planning to ensure regulatory and business alignment. Graduate or postgraduate in business/insurance with certifications like III or LOMA is preferred; strong communication

Job description

Work Location:

Client Office, Delhi (candidates must be open to working from client office in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements across insurance workflows, working closely with business, technical, and project teams
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, ensuring requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with insurance industry best practices
• Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory requirements
• Prepare business process documentation, user manuals, and process flow diagrams for stakeholder and client review

Experience

Minimum 18 years of experience, with deep, hands-on experience in the insurance domain and strong command of insurance business processes

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong general insurance business understanding, with demonstrated experience across insurance products, policy lifecycle, claims, and underwriting processes
• Domain knowledge relevant to the project's outcome areas, with proven experience delivering similar engagements
• Deep understanding of the challenges faced by customers and agents from a data, reporting, and analytics perspective, with the ability to translate these into clear business requirements
• Strong documentation, process-mapping, and requirement-elicitation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
