Responsibilities

• Create and deliver customer requirements as per SLAs and drive KPI design and tracking.
• Field performance excellence through granular data processing for various processes within SFE and incentives.
• Designs and maintains technology-based solutions for field excellence needs using platforms like Salesforce/VEEVA.
• Data ETL platforms (SQL, Alteryx, Databricks).
• Workflow management and automation tools (SharePoint, PowerApps, RPA).
• Analytical platforms and methods (Excel, R, Python, Data Science, Machine learning).
• Deliver services through structured project management with documentation and communication.
• Creates and maintains SOPs and quality checklists to ensure outputs meet standards.
• Maintains knowledge repositories capturing trends across markets.
• Supports recruitment and onboarding of new associates.
• Participates in knowledge sharing sessions to improve quality deliverables.
• Ensures regular updates with KPIs, accomplishments, and events to stakeholders.

Position Purpose:

The team provides analytics and insights that drive field excellence Sandoz Field Force worldwide.

Facilitate insights enabled decision making and execution for Sandoz internal customers by providing techno-functional expertise in short-term and long-term sales operations and strategy.

Contribute to broader teams by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on- boarding and training support.

Enable standardization of processed through building process documentation and timely maintenance of knowledge repositories.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver below customer requirements as per agreed SLAs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc) and drive excellent customer service Field Force Execution KPI design and tracking
• Field Performance excellence (processing granular performance data to be used in variety of process within SFE and Incentives)
• Designs and/or maintains various technology based solutions that optimizes field excellence activities based on country commercial excellence needs through varied variety of evolving infrastructure landscape including but not limited to Customer interaction platforms (VEEVA, Salesforce.com, etc)
• Data ETL platforms (SQL, , Alteryx, Databricks, etc)
• Workflow management and automation tools (viz Sharepoint, MS PowerApps, RPA, etc)
• Analytical platforms and methods (viz Excel, R, Python, Data Science, Machine learning)
• Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services
• Creates and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs within the function
• Develops and maintains knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across Sandoz operating markets, etc
• Support team leaders in recruitment and on-boarding of new associates within the organization
• Participate and contribute in various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality deliverables across the function
• Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and clients through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes and key events

What you will bring to the role:

Essential Requirements

Experience (3-5 years) in analytics based organization or pharmaceutical company or Pharma services domain

Should have an understanding of Pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment

• - Proven track record of delivery analytics and insights for field excellence and/or data enable solutions
• - Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment
