The Field Force Operations (FFO) team provides analytics and insights that drive field excellence across clinical, medical, and commercial functions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver high‑complexity sales force incentive operations support using Javelin, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and quality.
- Design and build incentive compensation systems with Javelin and develop effective incentive plans aligned with market strategy.
- Set fair, motivational, and achievable goals for the field force that support forecast and business objectives.
- Deliver services through a structured project‑management approach, maintaining documentation and communication throughout delivery.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists to ensure excellent deliverables.
- Develop and maintain knowledge repositories capturing qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence trends across Sandoz markets.
- Support team leaders in onboarding new associates and contribute to knowledge‑sharing sessions.
- Operate operational governance with organizational regional and country leadership, ensuring exemplary communication with all stakeholders.
- Comply with all internal functional operating procedures, KPI tracking, and reporting, as well as legal, IT, and HR requirements.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Technology, Data Science, or related domain.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional in‑scope country languages is an advantage.
- 1‑3 years of experience in an analytics‑based organization, pharmaceutical company, or pharma services domain.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a consultative client‑service orientation.
- Experience working in an international, cross‑cultural environment.
- Proactive business‑results focus and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity.
- Track record of delivering analytics and insights for field excellence and data‑enabled solutions.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical business and its regulatory environment.
