Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a result-oriented professional to drive execution and presence of Sandoz products across distribution channels. You will deliver analytics, coordinate with stakeholders, and promote best practices across global markets.

Your role focuses on delivering high-quality, measurable outcomes, supporting onboarding, and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives within a global, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial execution/design/management consulting or pharmaceutical company.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical business including regulatory environment.
• Proven track record of delivery analytics, SFE and insights for field excellence and/or data-enabled solutions.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of efficient and high-quality deliverables through structured approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.

• Ensuring exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and clients through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, and key events.
• Support in creating and maintaining quality checklists that will enable excellent quality deliverables within the function.
• Support in developing and maintaining knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across Sandoz operating markets, etc.
• Support on-boarding of new associates within the organization.
• Participate and contribute to various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality deliverables across the function.

What you will bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• Experience (3+ years) in commercial execution/ design/ management consulting or pharmaceutical company
• Should have an understanding of Pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment
• Proven track record of delivery analytics, SFE and insights for field excellence and/or data enabled solutions
• Ability to engage stakeholders and influence decision-making
• Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach
• Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment
• Should be customer service oriented and consultative solution delivery
• Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
