Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent judgment in decision-making and communication.
- Experience with compensation concepts and related pay regulations at the state, federal, and provincial levels.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting points of view in various business situations.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple priorities and tracking tasks.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries.
- Experience with Payfactors/Payscale is highly desired.
- Ability to develop and follow business processes and procedures.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and accuracy.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years related compensation experience required.
