JLL is seeking a Senior Analyst for CAD/CAFM Operations in Gurugram. The role focuses on supporting global platforms, understanding service delivery, and delivering according to standards. Strong CAD/BIM skills and familiarity with CAFM/IWMS tools are essential.

You will work with multiple business lines, manage deadlines, and contribute to drawings, 3D modeling, and BIM standards. On-site collaboration in Gurugram is required, with opportunities for growth in a leading real estate services firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a real estate discipline preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience.
• Project management skills, budgeting, team handling, coordination, decision making and good communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS technology (FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Archibus, etc.).
• Ability to work in a 3D environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Drawing Additions for New Customers.
• Review drawing files within AutoCAD and/or field redline drawings for completeness.
• _Arch, _Floor, and _Poly drawings.
• Polyline and label room numbers.
• Ensure all documents are in compliance with JLL/client standards and layering formats.
• Creating 2D test fits from hand drawn sketch.
• Performing ongoing maintenance of as-built AutoCAD/Revit floorplans to incorporate construction changes.
• Following established AutoCAD/Revit drawing standardization guidelines.
• Preparing drawings for publish to various CAFM/IWMS Technology Systems through drawing layer standardization.

High Independence

A high degree of independence is required on a day-to-day basis. Act as the primary contact for interaction with all parties to manage the service delivery, driving efficiencies, strengthen relationship with the business and stakeholders and work closely with the business to contribute to the growth of JLL.

Deliver business requirements

In this role, you will be part of team that supports global platform to ensure service delivery as per global standards. You will work closely with the business lines / stake holders to understand service delivery requirements, ensure on going service delivery. You will be encouraged to work on strict deadlines, in a dynamic/ fast paced business environment while being a good player. Through the team workflow tools provide Quality Assurance checks and management of tasks, which include:

• Drawing Additions for New Customers
• Review drawing files within AutoCAD and/or field redline drawings for completeness
• _Arch, _Floor, and _Poly drawings
• polyline and label room numbers
• Ensure all documents are in compliance with JLL/client standards and layering formats
• Creating 2D test fits from hand drawn sketch
• Performing ongoing maintenance of as-built AutoCAD/Revit floorplans to incorporate construction changes
• Following established AutoCAD/Revit drawing standardization guidelines
• Preparing drawings for publish to various CAFM/IWMS Technology Systems through drawing layer standardization, polyline to BOMA standard, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in a real estate discipline preferred.
• 4 - 6 years of experience
• Project management skills, budgeting, team handling, coordination, decision making and good communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit families and templates for technology.
• Proven design skills.
• Experience with commercial (office) architectural, engineering or construction drawings
• Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS technology (FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Archibus, etc.)
• Ability to work in 3D environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel required.
• Advanced knowledge in building information modelling programs and applicable techniques.
• Ability to effectively meet and accommodate deadlines on multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and provide timely feedback and guidance to the Occupancy Planning Team
