Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a experienced disputes lead to drive resolution of high-value cases and act as the primary contact for escalations from analysts. You will analyze drivers, quantify financial impact, and refine SOPs to meet evolving business needs.

You will collaborate with legal/compliance, lead automation efforts in tracking disputes, mentor junior staff and represent the team in cross-functional meetings. This role demands strong stakeholder management and regulatory awareness.
