Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Asset Management and Investment Research.
• Strong knowledge of Private Equity, Pre IPO investing and Public Market investing.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Analyst focused on identifying and evaluating high-growth private companies approaching public market listings. Should have expertise in fundamental research, valuation, and transaction due diligence across multiple sectors.

His responsibilities would include sourcing proprietary investment opportunities, engaging with promoters, entrepreneurs, investment bankers, and venture investors, conducting detailed investment assessments, and monitoring portfolio companies through the IPO lifecycle. Also support fund's investment process through disciplined risk assessment.
