We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and scale next-generation AI-powered applications, Agentic AI systems, copilots, and enterprise AI platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, LLMOps, and cloud-native engineering, with hands-on experience delivering production-grade AI solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI agents, copilots, and AI-powered platforms.
• Lead the architecture and development of production-grade Agentic AI systems.
• Define and implement orchestration strategies, memory management, tool integrations, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and observability practices.
• Develop scalable RAG-based applications and intelligent agent workflows.
• Drive AI platform reliability, monitoring, performance optimization, and incident management.
• Build reusable AI platform services, frameworks, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
• Mentor and guide engineers across AI/ML initiatives.
• Partner with distributed teams across India and the United States to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
