Meraki Labs is seeking a product design professional to shape user experiences for LLM-powered products across desktop, web, mobile, and tablets. You will partner with product, growth, engineering, and marketing to translate business goals into elegant interfaces and robust design systems.

You will own quality from concept to release, build scalable patterns, and stay ahead of interaction design trends, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in HCI, interaction design or related field or 5+ years in digital product teams making data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of LLMs, generative UI and designing conversational/agentic experiences.
• A strong portfolio showing high-quality work.
• Solid grounding in user-centred design and human psychology.
• Quick, effective prototyping skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, in simple terms without jargon.
• Care for product, brand, growth, copywriting, engineering and marketing, not just visuals.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good to have: motion and new-age tools such as Rive and Spline.

• Design experiences for LLM-powered products: conversational AI interfaces, generative UI, agentic workflows and data-heavy dashboards.
• Collaborate with founders and the marketing team to set the visual language of the product.
• Build and maintain the design system and guidelines for consistency.
• Design coherent experiences across desktop, web, mobile (Android and iOS) and tablet.
• Dig into user pain points through research and turn them into product improvements.
• Give and seek peer feedback to keep raising the quality bar.
• Stay on top of design and technology trends in interaction design.
