WebReinvent Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an AI Designer to own the visual and interaction design of our web products, from marketing sites to data-dense dashboards and SaaS interfaces.

You will work with AI agents and code-friendly workflows to explore, prototype, critique, and ship designs faster. You will bring a strong portfolio, expert Figma skills, and daily use of AI design tools, with comfort editing HTML/CSS and possibly JS/React to verify designs in code.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expert-level Figma including variables, auto-layout, and component architecture.
• Demonstrated daily use of AI design tools — Claude/ChatGPT for design work, Figma AI, Midjourney/Imagen.
• Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and AI agent skills.
• Comfort reading and editing HTML/CSS (and ideally JS/React) to prototype and verify designs in code.
• Strong fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, grids, color, spacing, accessibility.
• Experience with motion design — After Effects, Rive, Lottie, CSS/JS animation, or AI video tools.
• Clear communication: present rationale, take critique, and write design specs for engineers and AI agents to execute against.

Responsabilités

• Website design — design and iterate marketing sites, landing pages, and campaign pages with strong typographic and layout craft
• Dashboard & data-dense UI — design analytics dashboards, admin consoles, and KPI-heavy interfaces
• Product design — own end-to-end design of SaaS features: flows, components, states, empty/loading/error cases, and responsive behavior
• Motion graphics — create product motion: micro-interactions, onboarding animations, explainer loops, and social/product promo assets (Lottie, After Effects, Rive, or AI-assisted video)
• AI-native workflow — use AI tools daily for exploration, prototyping, critique, and workflow acceleration; build and maintain custom prompts, skills, and MCP server integrations
• Design systems — contribute to tokens, components, and patterns that stay consistent across web and product surfaces
• Handoff & implementation — work closely with engineers (or generate the implementation yourself) so designs survive the build

We're looking for an AI Designer who treats AI as a first-class design tool not a novelty. You'll own the visual and interaction design of our web products: marketing websites, data-rich dashboards, and SaaS product interfaces — and you'll ship faster than a traditional design team because you work with AI agents (Claude, Figma AI, agentic tooling, MCP servers, custom skills) to explore, prototype, critique, and produce. This is a design role for someone who is equally at home in Figma and in a terminal. If you've ever wired up an MCP server, written a design skill for an AI agent, or generated production-grade UI from a prompt and refined it by hand — we want you.

What You'll Do

• Website design — design and iterate marketing sites, landing pages, and campaign pages with strong typographic and layout craft
• Dashboard & data-dense UI — design analytics dashboards, admin consoles, and KPI-heavy interfaces where hierarchy, density, and scannability matter
• Product design — own end-to-end design of SaaS features: flows, components, states, empty/loading/error cases, and responsive behavior
• Motion graphics — create product motion: micro-interactions, onboarding animations, explainer loops, and social/product promo assets (Lottie, After Effects, Rive, or AI-assisted video)
• AI-native workflow — use AI tools daily for exploration (ideation, style transfer), prototyping (code-first UI), critique, and workflow acceleration; build and maintain custom prompts, skills, and MCP server integrations that extend your design pipeline
• Design systems — contribute to tokens, components, and patterns that stay consistent across web and product surfaces
• Handoff & implementation — work closely with engineers (or generate the implementation yourself) so designs survive the build

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience, with a strong portfolio showing shipped websites, dashboards, or SaaS products (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
• Expert-level Figma (or equivalent), including variables, auto-layout, and component architecture
• Demonstrated daily use of AI design tools — e.g., Claude/ChatGPT for design work, Figma AI, Midjourney/Imagen for exploration, v0/Galileo or similar for UI generation, Runway/Kling for motion
• Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and AI agent skills — you can configure, build, or extend one to power a design or content workflow
• Comfort reading and editing HTML/CSS (and ideally JS/React) to prototype and verify designs in code
• Strong fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, grids, color, spacing, accessibility (WCAG basics)
• Experience with motion design — After Effects, Rive, Lottie, CSS/JS animation, or AI video tools
• Clear communication: you can present rationale, take critique, and write design specs that engineers (and AI agents) can execute against

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for AI-native or data-heavy products
• Familiarity with design-to-code pipelines (Figma code, design tokens, code components)
• Experience building or contributing to a design system at scale
• Video/motion graphics experience for product marketing (Reels, launch videos, conference loops)
• Basic backend/API literacy — enough to wire a design tool to a data source or LLM endpoint
