Job summary

HSV Digital is looking for a Product Designer based in India to design AI-driven products as a core part of the user experience. The role requires 3+ years of UI/UX design experience and a strong portfolio of shipped web or SaaS products.

You will collaborate with the founding team, shape workflows, and build design systems while working in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design products where AI is not an add-on, but the core behaviour of the experience.
• Shape workflows across AI roleplays, feedback, coaching queues, readiness programs, analytics, and manager actions.
• Translate complex AI outputs into clear, useful, human‑readable product experiences.
• Work directly with the founding team on product direction, user experience, and visual identity.
• Build design systems, interaction patterns, and product surfaces while the company is still early.
• Use modern AI tools to ideate, prototype, test, and move faster as a designer.
• Own end‑to‑end product design for major PitchSense workflows.
• Convert ambiguous product ideas into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
• Design AI‑native experiences that make model outputs understandable, explainable, and actionable.
• Simplify complex data, scores, feedback, and coaching recommendations into usable product interfaces.
• Work closely with engineering to ship high‑quality product experiences quickly.
• Define and maintain PitchSense's design system, visual language, and interaction patterns.
• Conduct user research, usability reviews, and product feedback analysis.
• Collaborate with the founding team on product strategy, roadmap decisions, and customer problems.
• Mentor junior designers and raise the design quality bar across the product.
• AI roleplay and buyer simulation experiences.
• Real‑time feedback and performance evaluation flows.
• Readiness programs and certification workflows.
• Manager coaching queues and action dashboards.
• Rep progress, analytics, and reporting surfaces.
• Company‑specific context, playbook, and knowledge workflows.
• Admin, manager, and rep experiences across a multi‑tenant SaaS product.
• Design systems and reusable product patterns.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of product design, UI/UX, or interaction design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing shipped web or SaaS product work.
• Excellent command of Figma and modern product design workflows.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and design systems.
• Ability to design for complex workflows, dashboards, analytics, and role‑based enterprise products.
• Strong product thinking: you can reason from user problem to workflow to interface.
• Comfort working directly with engineers and founders in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and take ownership from concept to shipped product.

Bonus

• Experience designing AI products, workflow automation tools, or analytics‑heavy SaaS products.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, sales tech, CRM, enablement, learning, or coaching products.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools and rapid prototyping workflows.
• Motion design or frontend familiarity.
• Ability to create product visuals, landing page assets, or brand systems when needed.
