Job summary

DBM Solutions is seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Lead in Bengaluru to plan and execute content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

You will independently concept, shoot and edit Reels/Shorts, design visuals, craft captions, and track metrics to grow reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Ability to independently take content from concept to final edit and edit videos.
• Portfolio of Reels/content is mandatory.
