Persistent is seeking a Senior AI Application Developer to support AI initiatives and build the AI foundation. The role demands strong software development experience and practical AI/ML knowledge to translate requirements into scalable features.

Location is hybrid across Persistent locations in India, with 7–10 years of relevant experience and a full-time employment arrangement. Collaborative cross-functional work is expected to drive enterprise AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of relevant application development or software engineering experience.
• Strong background in software development and solution implementation.
• Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, use cases, and implementation patterns.
• Experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives or foundational platform capabilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and convert requirements into clear technical deliverables.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
