Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer who can bridge cutting‑edge machine learning with robust software engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in building, optimizing, and deploying AI solutions into production environments. You will work across the full lifecycle — from model development to scalable deployment — ensuring solutions are secure, ethical, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production‑grade applications.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to operationalize AI workflows.
• Implement guardrails and safety layers for responsible AI deployment.
• Optimize model performance for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Integrate AI modules with existing enterprise systems using APIs and microservices.
• Monitor deployed models for performance drift, bias, and security vulnerabilities.
• Work with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines for ML deployments.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, ethics, and governance standards.

Core Requirements:

4+ years of professional software development experience.

2+ years of hands‑on AI/ML experience (model development, fine‑tuning, deployment).

Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch, and RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.). Experience with AI pipelines, model serving (FastAPI, Flask, MLflow, etc.), and cloud AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex).

Understanding of secure AI deployment practices, including bias mitigation, privacy preservation, and API hardening.

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ethical and explainable AI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI guardrail frameworks (e.g., NeMo Guardrails, LangChain, or LlamaIndex).
• Experience in CI/CD for ML, feature stores, or data versioning (DVC).
• Contribution to open‑source AI projects or publications in the field.
• Understanding of compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
