Persistent is hiring an Agentic AI Lead/Solution Engineer to design enterprise-grade AI applications on AWS. You will build autonomous agents using Bedrock, Agent Core, and knowledge bases, and develop multi-agent orchestration workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of hands-on AWS AI experience, strong software engineering skills, and will collaborate with architects, product teams, and customers in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Agentic AI/solution engineering with enterprise-scale apps.
• Strong practical knowledge of AWS Bedrock, Agent Core, MCP and multi-agent orchestration.
• Proven ability to design scalable AI-powered solutions and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, SaaS platforms and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Agentic AI applications using AWS AI services.
• Develop autonomous AI agents with Bedrock and Agent Core.
• Create multi-agent orchestration workflows and MCP-based integrations.
• Build RAG apps using Bedrock Knowledge Bases and vector stores.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Create tools/connectors for AI agents and ensure production readiness.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams and customers on technical design.

About Position:

We are looking for experienced Agentic AI Lead/Solution Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building enterprise-grade Agentic AI applications on AWS. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Amazon Bedrock, Agent Core, Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, MCP, and multi-agent orchestration, along with strong software engineering skills to build scalable AI-powered applications

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop Agentic AI applications using AWS AI services.
