Job summary

Kezan Consulting is seeking an experienced admissions counsellor in Dadri/Noida region to conduct in-person sessions with students and parents. You will guide them on country options, universities, courses, and eligibility, and assist with applications and visa processes.

The role focuses on building trust, converting enquiries to admissions, and achieving monthly counselling and enrollment targets while leading a small team of counsellors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions/counselling or education sales (with at least 1 year in the same company).
• Counsel Students and ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Experience in counselling/lead conversion.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving counselling/enrollment targets.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of admission counsellors.
