Job summary

Kezan Consulting in Noida is seeking an admissions counsellor to guide students and parents on study destinations, universities, and courses. You will assist with applications, documents, interviews, and visa processes, building strong relationships to convert enquiries into admissions.

You will work toward monthly counselling and enrollment targets, and may lead a small team of admission counsellors. Walk-in drive details are provided below.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions/counselling or education sales (with at least 1 year in the same company).
• Counsel Students and ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Experience in counselling/lead conversion.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving counselling/enrollment targets.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of admission counsellors.
