Qualifications

• 1–3 years of intermediate-level experience managing and troubleshooting Windows Server and/or Linux (RedHat variants preferred) in production environments.
• Beginner to intermediate experience scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, Ruby, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with system automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Exposure to AI-assisted tools for operational support, including AI-powered monitoring or observability platforms, or AI coding assistants to accelerate scripting and documentation tasks.
• Experience with IT service management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Top-tier critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure during incidents.
• Customer-focused with dedication to the best possible user experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business resources.

The Senior Administrator, Systems Engineering is responsible for supporting and maintaining availability and high performance in mixed UNIX and Windows development, non-production, and production environments. This individual works as part of a results-oriented, service-delivery team and supports other engineering and operations teams. Additionally, the Senior Administrator performs root cause analysis of problems, identifies areas for process improvement, remediates issues, and executes tasks to deliver on project-based initiatives.

This position is well-suited for a candidate with 1–3 years of hands‑on systems administration experience who is eager to grow within a modern, high-performance IT environment.

• Familiarity with containerization concepts such as Docker or Kubernetes.


• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
