Job summary

ACI Worldwide in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced IT systems engineer to implement, configure and design complex systems for internal and external customers. You will analyze existing systems, determine specifications, and coordinate subsystems and total integration to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.

This role includes day-to-day Linux and Windows server administration, monitoring, performance tuning, and collaboration with development QA and product teams to deliver robust IT

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and troubleshooting development and production environments.
• Linux (RedHat) – minimum 2 years of administration & troubleshooting experience.
• Windows Server Administration – minimum 1 year.
• Zabbix Administration – 1 to 2 years (setup, tuning, maintenance).
• Grafana Cloud Administration – 1 to 2 years.
• Scripting experience in Bash & Python.
• technology design, architecture, infrastructure experience or related experience.
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting development and production environments.

• Participates in engineering and configuring routine and complex technical solutions for applications/systems implementations and upgrades based on specific business requirements.
• Engineers, configures, and assists in the architecting of moderately complex technical solutions for applications/systems implementations and upgrades.
• Performs day-to-day system administration and monitoring tasks for assigned systems.
• Works with internal and external customers and vendors to resolves technical system problems.
• Supports development, QA and product teams by providing high-level analysis and guidance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Implements, configures and plays a role in the design of complex systems for internal and external customers. Assists in performing analysis on existing systems as well as system maintenance. Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

• Engineers, configures, and assists in the architecting of moderately complex technical solutions for applications/systems implementations and upgrades based on specific business requirements. Solutions may be new, existing, in-house, third party or a combination.
• Performs day-to-day system administration and monitoring tasks for assigned systems. Works with both internal and external customers and vendors to resolves technical system problems in a timely manner with a primary focus on moderate to complex problems.
• Supports development, QA and product teams by providing high-level analysis and AOD environment based design reviews, performance, scalability and benchmark test guidance, and subject matter expertise in technology and design.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
