Job summary

Sutherland is hiring an AR Caller for its Hyderabad location (Uppal) to join the Physician RCM team. The role focuses on reviewing CMS-1500 forms, applying CPT codes, and resolving claim issues with payers and medical staff.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AR calling and familiarity with CCI, McKesson, and Waystar workflows. Immediate joiners or those with up to 15 days notice are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Physician RCM and AR Calling.
• Good understanding of CMS-1500 claim forms and physician/hospital billing (UB04).
• Experience in specialties such as Cardiology, Radiology, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, and Surgery.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Comfortable working in the Night Shift.
