Job summary

Sutherland in Hyderabad (Uppal) is hiring Experienced AR Callers to join our Physician Revenue Cycle Management team. You will review CMS-1500 claim forms, verify eligibility, and perform AR follow-up and denial management across multiple specialties, using tools like CMS-1500, CPT codes, and clearinghouses such as Waystar.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of Physician RCM/AR Calling experience, a graduate degree, and be comfortable with night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Physician RCM/AR calling experience.
• Good understanding of CMS-1500 claim forms and physician/hospital billing (UB04).
• Experience in Cardiology, Radiology, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, and Surgery.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Willingness to work night shifts and join at short notice.

• Work with coding tools such as CCI and McKesson.
• Verify claim status, eligibility, and coverage through payer portals.
• Handle AR follow-up and denial management across multiple specialties.
• Apply CPT codes and modifiers accurately.
• Process claims using clearinghouse platforms like Waystar.
• Coordinate with insurance payers and medical staff to resolve claim-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Physician RCM and AR Calling.
• Good understanding of CMS-1500 claim forms and physician billing & Hospital billing (UB04)
• Experience in specialties such as Cardiology, Radiology, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, and Surgery.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Comfortable working in the Night Shift.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 15-day notice period are preferred.
