• Bank work and loan sanctioning: lead sanctioning, renewal, and enhancement of working capital and term loans.
• Accounting and MIS: oversee general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements.
• Taxation and compliance: timely computation and filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Company Law compliances.
• Audits and controls: coordinate internal, statutory, and bank stock audits; close audit queries and strengthen controls.
• ERP and automation: drive financial operations and reporting using SAP-FICO and Power BI.
• Team support: guide and supervise junior accounting staff and coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal teams.

Role & responsibilities

• Bank Work & Loan Sanctioning: Lead the sanctioning, renewal, and enhancement of working capital and term loans; prepare project reports, cash flow projections, and manage daily banking/treasury operations.
• Accounting & MIS: Oversee general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and assist in preparing accurate monthly/quarterly financial statements and variance analysis.
• Taxation & Compliance: Manage timely computation and filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Company Law compliances.
• Audits & Controls: Coordinate internal, statutory, and bank stock audits; ensure timely closure of audit queries and strengthen internal controls.
• ERP & Automation: Drive efficient financial operations and reporting using SAP-FICO and analytical tools like Power BI.
• Team Support: Guide and supervise junior accounting staff and coordinate with external banks, auditors, and internal teams.
