Sobha Interiors Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Accounts Executive Manufacturing with 7–10 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably from manufacturing. You will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, GST/TDS, and manufacturing costing.

Responsibilities include general ledger, month-end close, bank reconciliations, audits, MIS reporting, stock accounting, and collaboration with production teams to ensure accurate records and statutory compliance.

Senior Accounts Executive Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably from the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, reconciliations, audits and manufacturing-related accounting activities.

Candidates with CA, CMA, CA Inter or CMA Inter qualifications and strong manufacturing experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations.
• Handle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Bank Accounting.
• Prepare and review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
• Manage GST and TDS compliance, including reconciliation and return-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management.
• Handle inventory and stock accounting and reconciliation.
• Support manufacturing costing, cost analysis and variance analysis.
• Monitor material, labour and overhead costs.
• Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Procurement, Stores, Production and Operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Accounting.
• Good understanding of Cost Accounting and Inventory Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Experience in accounts finalization and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP / Oracle / Tally or other ERP systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory/preferred.
• CA / CMA / CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification preferred.
• Candidates with experience in furniture, interiors, modular furniture, wood/joinery or related manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
