Job summary

The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and have hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable
• Process vendor invoices and expense bookings.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate payment records and supporting documents.

Vendor Management

• Monitor vendor ledgers and outstanding balances.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for payment-related queries.

Banking & Reconciliation

• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Process payments through banking portals.
• Ensure timely closure of unreconciled items.

Taxation & Compliance

• Support GST and TDS compliance activities.
• Prepare data for statutory filings and audits.
• Ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations.

MIS & Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparation of MIS, P&L, and costing reports.
• Prepare provisions, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
• Support management reporting and financial analysis.

Audit & Process Support

• Coordinate internal and external audit requirements.
• Maintain financial records and documentation.
• Support implementation of financial controls and process improvements.

Plant Finance Support

Provide finance and accounting support to plant operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters.
