Job summary

Genxhire Services in Mumbai seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage complete books, GST compliance, and project accounting. You will oversee vendor payments, stock records, and financial reporting using ERP systems such as Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, or Busy.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities, with a focus on cost control, budgeting, and timely statutory filings. Knowledge of inventory management and MIS reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.
• Experience in Project Accounting, Inventory Management, and Cost Control.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, Busy, or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete books of accounts, financial statements, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Handle project accounting, cost tracking, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, customer billing, and reconciliations.
• Oversee inventory accounting, stock records, material receipts/issues, stock reconciliation, valuation, and inventory controls.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cash flow, fund flow, and financial analysis for management.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and project teams.
• Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain proper documentation and work on ERP systems such as Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, Busy, or similar software.
